Whenever I try to describe where I work people are always amazed that kinesiology and social work are a part of it. That really brings it home that it's not just education. It really helps them visualize the HD in CE+HD. I think that's a good thing. Also, I have to admit -- people outside of the U and academia who know anything about where I work like to say: "kinesiology." It's a great word (and field)!
