- Background: Native of Stillwater, MN. Currently reside in Minneapolis.
Stats: Graduate of University of Minnesota with a Masters Degree in Adult Education. Trainer in Organizational Effectiveness for Target Corporation.
Interests: I enjoy collaborating on "big ideas" and implementing them into real - life situations. I honestly do enjoy using both the ADDIE and Bergerac models for training design and delivery.
Hobbies: dining out, walking around the lakes, rollerblading, reading thought provoking articles in anything from the Yoga Journal, T&D, or In Touch magazine. I also appreciate the works of: D. Miguel Ruiz, Deepok Chopra, and Iyanla Vanzant.
I recharge my batteries by practicing hatha yoga, soulful dance, boating, gardening and spending time with my 9 month old nephew.
