The article doesn't mention how even Art Rolnick, the vice president for research at the Minneapolis Federal Reserve is convinced. The College's Center for Early Education and Development and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis teamed up to enhance multidisciplinary research and promote policy discussions on early childhood development.
